FSC; It is a stakeholder system aiming to promote the management of all forests in the most appropriate way, to assist forestry in accordance with the principles of sustainable forest management, to ensure the preservation and permanent existence of forest areas and to spread these practices internationally.
The purpose of forest management in accordance with environmental conditions; is to obtain timber and non-timber forest products without damaging the biological diversity, productivity and ecological processes of the forest.
The aim of the socially beneficial forest management is; establishment of systems in which local people and society will benefit from forest and forest products in the long term, but also participate in long-term management plans that support the sustainable use of these resources.
The purpose of forest management which provides economic benefits; is to make all kinds of interventions to forests with the aim of making a profit in a way that does not disturb the ecosystem and the balance of society.
