Our company TÜRCERT Technical Control and Certification Inc., within the framework of certification studies, in relation to any system, the issued certificate may decide to suspend or cancel the certificate according to the situation.

Briefly, the suspension of the document is the process of stopping the use of the edited document for a period of time. Cancellation of the document is the process of taking back the issued document and stopping its use completely.

The suspension of the certificate is for a maximum period of six months:

• In case of major nonconformities in the interim inspections
• If minor or major nonconformities are not resolved within the given time
• The organization has violated its obligations to the extent that it does not require the cancellation of the document
• If the organization has not complied with the legal regulations other than the relevant standard
• If the organization has ceased its activities due to strikes, lockouts, restructuring, raw material shortages, inability to receive orders and natural disasters
• If the organization wants to postpone the interim audits continuously
• If the organization does not comply with the certification rules
• If the organization, document, and logo are used incorrectly
• If the organization has not paid the certification and audit fees
• If the organization has requested that the document be suspended for any other reason than

The suspended document is temporarily invalid.

The cases that require the cancellation of the document are:

• If the organization has not allowed the audit to expire
• If the organization has not accepted the reasons for the suspension and has not improved its status
• If the organization provided incorrect or incomplete information during interim audits
• If the organization has not resolved the nonconformities within the given period and the reasons for the suspension are still continuing
• If the organization uses the document for different products or services
• If the organization uses the document for misleading and unfair activities
• If the organization has falsified the written documents and their annexes
• If the organization is not at the address shown in the document or has changed its legal entity
• If the organization has gone bankrupt or terminated its activities under the certificate
• If the organization does not allow annual interim audits
• If the organization has completely lost its compliance with the management system it has received
• If the organization has not paid the certification and audit fees
• If the organization has requested that the document be canceled for any other reason than

If the document is canceled, the organization must remove the document logo from all correspondence and promotional materials within one month. Otherwise, our organization may apply for legal remedies and demand compensation for any material and moral damages.
