Our company TÜRCERT Technical Control and Certification Inc., when the certification work is completed and when the certificate is issued on behalf of the relevant organization, this organization, products and services in the promotion materials and all correspondence has gained the right to use the TÜRCERT logo.

The certificate and logo issued by TURCERT may only be used in the products and services covered by the certificate and in the places indicated. The holder is responsible for the misuse of the document and logo. Basically, the duration of use of the document and logo is three years.

When certifying organizations refer to certification status in communication tools such as internet, brochures, printed documents and advertising, they must comply with the conditions described by our organization. Documents and logos may not be used in a misleading and incomplete manner, causing misunderstandings by third parties. If any changes have been made in the scope of products and services, this must be notified to our organization.

If our organization undergoes a contraction within the scope of certification, the certificate holder is obliged to comply with this change.

When the certificate holder has to be suspended or withdrawn for some reason, the certificate holder has to return the document to our organization and stop all campaigns referring to the document. If the certificate is canceled, the certificate holder loses the right to use the certificate, brand and logo.

The TÜRCERT logo may only be used on letterheads, computer software, advertisements, brochures and stationery materials for the activities covered by the document. The following rules must be observed for the use of the logo:

• The use of the logo does not mean that our organization is responsible for products and services
• Logo cannot be used on vehicles, buildings, flags and business cards
• The logo may not be used in such a way as to assess the eligibility of the assessment
• The shape and color of the logo cannot be changed
• There should be no uncertainty about the subject documented and the title of our organization during the use of the logo.
• The logo may not be used in such a way that it is understood that the products represent fitness for the product or otherwise
• Certificate holder cannot make misleading statements about logo
• The logo may not be used to give the impression that it has documented a product or service or process.
• Logo can only be used for activities covered by the document
• Logo cannot be used for facilities without an address in the document
• Logo cannot be given the impression that it is applied to activities outside the scope of certification
• Logo cannot be used in a way that casts a shadow on the reputation of our organization
• The logo cannot be used after the certification period has expired
