ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Management System measures whether the production processes of goods or services operate within a system that values human rights. In an organization operating in accordance with the ISO 26000 standard, at least the following issues are guaranteed:
- Health and safety conditions of the working environment
- Eligibility of working age of employees
- Wage conditions are not treated differently
- No discrimination is observed in social conditions based on race, religion and gender.
- The fee is sufficient
- Working hours are appropriate
- Existence of collective bargaining and association rights
