In parallel with the development in the automotive industry in Turkey, distribution networks have also developed over the past period. For the first time in Turkey, distribution networks have been systematically established for motor vehicles and durable consumer goods. The distribution networks in the automotive sector were established in the form of distribution of domestic products due to the nature of our industry and market, and after the year 1996, the importation of domestic vehicles was added to the distribution networks of domestic vehicles. Especially after 1996 automotive trade and distribution systems have undergone structural transformation. Sales and after-sales services provided in modest stores and services until 80 years were started to be provided in auto plazas especially after 90 in 1996 years. In our country, especially in the automotive sector where multinational companies take place, modern management approaches, quality and human resources concepts have been used with 90 years. Production processes, group-intensive improvement studies, research and development activities, marketing channels, sales, after-sales services and determination of customer demands are carried out within this framework. , 6 sigma, just-in-time production methods are applied.
Every automotive company wants to obtain ISO 16949, the Automotive Quality Management System Certificate. The following documents must be prepared during the application to the certification body:
- Automotive Quality Management System Handbook. Why the firm ISO TS 16949 standard, what the purpose is, how the standard is applied and how it is audited is outlined in the manual.
- Automotive Quality Management System Policies. These policies are the company policies determined by the top management of the company in the areas of production, quality control, scratching of customer complaints, customer satisfaction and so on.
- Business processes and application instructions. Work flow charts for all works performed in the company, documents explaining application procedures and control points.
- Task Definitions. These are documents that show the authority and responsibility of the employees, job descriptions, who they work for and the employees who are connected to them.
- Forms, tables, charts. These are all forms, tables, charts and similar documents that have been implemented to ensure that the system works in a healthy and systematic way.
These documents should be delivered to the certification body as a set or opened for inspection in a magnetic environment within easy reach of the auditors. Before the field audit commences, the certification body shall carry out the preliminary assessment on these documents and then initiate the field inspections.
