Application Procedures
Producers who want to have their products certified according to ITU or GLOBALGAP must first transmit their information to the certification body. After the information is received by the Crop Certification unit, an offer will be created for the applicant and submitted to the applicant's confirmation.
ITU and GLOBALGAP certification can be made in parallel. For this reason, the manufacturer can apply for both of these types of certification, as well as for only one of them. For GLOBALGAP certification, as a condition of GLOBALGAP, the sub-license agreement must be signed mutually between the manufacturer and the certification company. The producer is then presented with a GLOBALGAP Registration Number. This registration number is entered into the GLOBALGAP database together with the producer information in order to ensure the observability of the producer's crop. After all information and documents are received from the applicant in full, they are analyzed by the certification unit and an inspection plan is created by considering the harvest times of the crops to be certified.
Audit Process
Inspections are carried out by analyzing all inspection points according to GLOBALGAP Control Points and Compliance requirements and determining the manufacturer's compliance level. The producer that has reached the sufficient level of compliance is entitled to receive the ITU / GLOBALGAP certificate, if the residue that exceeds the residue limits of the product is not detected, as a result of the examinations, the maximum plant preservation valid in the countries where the product will be marketed. Producers who are determined not to be at an adequate level of compliance are given a certain period of time, not exceeding four weeks, to correct their non-conformities. In order for the certification to be made, it must be proven that the manufacturer has resolved the negativities by the end of this period.

System Quality Certification The analysis results of our certification unit and Certification Committee are examined separately, and if there is no obstacle to issuing the certificate afterwards, we will issue an ITU / GLOBALGAP certificate for the relevant crops to be valid for 1 year from the date of certification. In order for the documents to maintain their validity, the manufacturer must be audited annually.
