Elevator and Escalator Control Services
Elevator and Escalator Control Services

The escalator usage is increasing at an incredible speed as shopping centers are increasing. Escalators are used not only in shopping malls, but also in subway stations, hospitals, airports and many other places visited by large crowds. Escalators and escalator systems are among the transmission devices that carry important risks for human health. The use of elevators takes on important functions in the transport of people and cargo that have entered the lives of people before the escalators. Taking into account the accidents experienced with escalators and the risks it carries in terms of human health and property safety, the Elevator Operation, Maintenance and Periodic Control Regulation was issued by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2015. Pursuant to this regulation, municipalities are responsible for ensuring that the elevators are inspected at least once a year by the type A inspection body and monitoring whether these inspections have been carried out.

In addition, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued a Regulation on Health and Safety in the Use of Work Equipment in 2013. This regulation regulates the minimum requirements for the health and safety of the elevators and escalators used in the workplaces. This regulation requires that man and load-bearing elevators and escalators be inspected at least once a year, unless otherwise stipulated in the relevant standards.

Briefly put into service, elevators, escalators and moving bands, people's life and property safety should not work without compromising.
