Hot water boilers mainly used in heating systems, steel boilers, standard boilers, cast iron boilers, low temperature boilers or condensing boilers, such as the material used in production, depending on the way of working or the general form is very diverse. Hot water boilers are the most economical system in terms of heating method. They are used in situations where there is no need to heat water suddenly quickly. The hot water boilers used in heating projects must be maintained and controlled as they are constantly working with hot water. Not only heating boilers but also all hot water boilers used for various purposes in the industry, the greatest danger is the formation of water vapor on the surface if these boilers operate at low temperatures. The Annex to the Regulation on the Maintenance, Repair and Periodic Controls of the Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (Annex 3) stipulates that hydrostatic tests of hot water boilers, as well as all pressure vessels, are to be carried out. These checks must be performed at least once a year by mechanical engineers, machine technicians or high technicians.
