In a general sense, maintenance works are interventions to minimize equipment failures in the field, extend their service life and maintain the establishment of the enterprise. If the conditions required by the environment and the machinery and equipment operating in these conditions are considered in a manufacturing facility, it is natural that they will fail, fail and complete their operating life. Therefore, it is only possible to prevent possible malfunctions or to replace the equipment that has reached the end of its service life by regular maintenance work.
Internal Installation Considerations
- Annual periodic maintenance and repairs of natural gas appliances must be made to authorized service centers, the chimney sensor is in working condition, and the replacement of devices that cannot be repaired or repaired is hermetic devices which are known to be technologically more efficient and safer should be preferred.
- Firefighters should be contacted for chimney cleaning and maintenance.
- Ventilation vents (ventilation) that provide fresh air to the environment should be kept open at all times. In case of closure with coating systems, the second ventilation grille (ventilation) must be made to the coating system, and the chimney outlets of the hermetic devices remaining in the coating must be open to the atmosphere.
- The flue device and the aspirator flue connection should not be made to the same flue, aluminum flux material should not be used in the flue connection of the flue device, these connections should be leak-proof and fixed steel structure.
In this context, electrical internal installations may cause problems in their connections over time, become obsolete or become unable to function. In order to avoid these situations, electrical internal installations should be checked regularly. This issue is also covered by the Regulation on Health and Safety in the Use of Work Equipment issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Pursuant to the aforementioned regulations, it is necessary to protect the employees from the danger of contact with electricity directly or indirectly due to the construction machinery and equipment used in the enterprise.
In the annexes of the Regulation, it is stated that regular inspections of electrical installations, earthing installations, lightning conductor installations and accumulator, transformer and similar electrical installations should be carried out by electrical engineers, electrical technicians or high technicians (Annex 3). In order to prevent fire risks and prevent electrical work accidents, it is necessary to have internal controls checked regularly.
