Construction Machinery; As explained in the Road Traffic Law No. 2918, Road construction machinery and similar agricultural, industrial, public works, national defense and various organizations used in business and services; various equipment is mounted on it according to business purpose; road, people, animals, motor vehicles that can not be used to transport cargo. Excavators, which are one of the most well-known machines, are excavators at higher or lower levels than pallet and wheel levels, stripping the top layer, loading works and excavating in the form of canals. It is widely used especially in foundation and grooving works, road and rail construction works, dam constructions and quarries. 100 is capable of lifting weights up to tons.
Excavators are divided into two groups as crawler and rubber wheels. It has the ability to perform many different works depending on the equipments added on them. Crawler excavators are mostly used in excavation, grooving and loading works on loose soil in basic excavation works. They are mostly used for heavy work because they work well. Excavators can work easily even on wet and swampy surfaces that do not exceed pallet level. Excavators are able to maneuver very easily in narrow spaces and can even make point turns due to their structure.
Wheeled excavators are generally used for hard grooving, digging, moving and loading. It is generally preferred for the studies on the highway because of the ease of movement. It is dangerous to use the tire wheels when pressing the floor. The excavator in the excavator is mounted in the opposite direction to dig the high places.

Construction Machinery are evaluated within the scope of “Machinery Safety Regulation (2006 / 42 / AT)” and Sağlık Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment ve and are considered as machines that have to be periodically inspected within the scope of occupational safety.
Periodic inspection of the construction machinery, which is not included in the road traffic inspection due to not being used on the road, in terms of occupational safety plays an important role in the prevention of occupational accidents.
