The Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment published on the basis of the Occupational Health and Safety Law describes the minimum requirements for health and safety for the use of all machinery and equipment used in enterprises. Accordingly, suspended access equipment must be able to safely lift and hold a declared weight of at least 1,25 of the declared load. In addition, it must have powerful braking systems that can hold the load constant above.

As TURCERT, it should be paid attention to not be the designer, supplier, installer, seller, owner, user, maintainer or authorized representative of these sections of the equipment that they inspect in terms of independence, impartiality and reliability by performing tests and inspections within the scope of periodic controls of suspended access equipment, and that the institutions performing the inspection are accredited.
