  • Checking and performing corrective actions: System performance should be monitored and measured regularly, and corrective and preventive actions should be taken when necessary. In all cases risk assessments should be made. The system should be subjected to internal inspection at regular intervals.
  • Management review: The senior management of the organization should periodically review the system
