WHAT IS ORGANIC AGRICULTURE CERTIFICATION

Organic agriculture (biological and ecological) is an agricultural network that has emerged as an alternative to the negative consequences of industrial agriculture based on high input applications in terms of human health, economy and environment. The activities of synthetic chemical pesticides, fertilizers and hormones are prohibited in the ecological agriculture network, which aims to preserve the natural balance deteriorated as a result of wrong practices based on the efficient activity of resources.

Methods such as organic farming and soil quality, suitable alternative choices for protection from disease and harmful effects, utilization of plant wastes, crop rotation, green fertilization, use of organic wastes, biological control and animal manure are essentially determined. Organic agriculture is an agricultural network aiming at high quality. Its main purpose is to provide a healthy production optimization in the life ring between soil-plant-animal and human. All national and international standards related to organic agriculture make it necessary to control all processes followed by the product from the field to the shelf. Consumers who aim to both maintain a healthy life and preserve nature by consuming organic products are given a guarantee. Although organic agriculture is defined with different expressions in different sources, Organic-Biological-Ecological Agriculture has the same meaning. Below are different explanations of organic agriculture; Organic farming (Ecological farming or Biological farming); It is an agricultural network that prohibits activities such as artificial fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and harmful nutritional additives, controlled every process from production to consumption and enables the production of healthy agricultural products by using natural resources in the best way. 

Organic farming (Ecological farming or Biological farming); maintaining the ecological balance, manufacturing or supplying all kinds of vegetable, animal and aquatic products according to the organic farming method, collecting the product from the forest and natural areas in accordance with the principles of organic agriculture, processing, packaging, storing, labeling, marketing of these products, It is a manufacturing method that aims to transport, control, certify and inspect, accept to apply modern agricultural production methods that do not harm the environment and human health, and every process is controlled, registered and certified. 

Organic farming (Ecological farming or Biological farming); It is an agricultural production network that aims social and economic sustainability, soil quality, environmental protection and food security. In the light of all these definitions, Biological-Organic-Ecological Agriculture; By using artificial external inputs such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides, it is a certified manufacturing method based on sustainable quality, without causing harm to human and environment health, from production to consumption, from production to consumption, based on soil quality and food safety.
