A contract is created for the entrepreneur within the scope of the information in the application form sent to our company. When the contract is signed, an entrepreneur number is given and its file is opened. After the contract with the entrepreneur is concluded, a review coordination in accordance with the entrepreneur application and contract information is prepared and authorized by the controllers to perform the necessary examinations.
In line with the information we provide on how to obtain an organic agriculture certificate, the controllers carry out the inspection of the activities and the field on the relevant dates according to the organic agriculture control list created in accordance with the regulations on the principles and activities of organic agriculture. During the inspection, the controller; It analyzes the activity status of the land in the previous years, the actual applications, the general situation in the region and the products obtained, the risk situations, the entrepreneur records and reports related to the issue. The controller generates a report as a result of the control process. The control report includes the control results of the organic farming practices of the entrepreneur in accordance with the principles of organic agriculture and the regulation rules for its realization.
If the result of the control takes a positive decision, a document stating that the entrepreneur meets the organic farming conditions (Organic Agriculture Entrepreneur Certificate) is given, if the entrepreneur has completed the transition phase, the Organic Product Certificate is given along with the Entrepreneur Certificate. The negative result is reported to the entrepreneur (negative certification decision letter) and the phase is started from the beginning.
