After the contract is signed with the operator, an audit plan is prepared according to the application and contract information of the operator and the controller is assigned to perform the necessary checks. The supervisor inspects the field practices and site on the relevant dates according to the Organic Agriculture Checklist prepared in accordance with the Regulation on the Principles and Application of Organic Agriculture. During the Inspection; examines the use of the land in previous years, the applications made, the general situation in the region and the products grown, the risk situations, the operator records and reports on the subject. The controller prepares a report as a result of the check. The control report shall contain the control results of the organic farming activities carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Principles and Application of Organic Agriculture of the operator.
If a positive decision is made as a result of the control, the operator is given a certificate (Organic Farming Enterprise Certificate) indicating that it meets the requirements of organic farming. If the transition process is completed, the Operator Certificate is given together with the Organic Product Certificate. In the case of a negative decision, the operator is notified (negative certification decision letter) and the process is started from the beginning.
