Numerous tests, measurements and analyzes are carried out in many sectors that produce goods or services, depending on the characteristics of the activities, the frequency of repetitions, the safety of employees, the threats to the security of the goods and the security of the third parties and the sustainability of the enterprises. These studies are also very important for the production of products in compliance with the principles of the current legislation and the relevant standards published by domestic and foreign organizations.
While some of the tests, measurements and analyzes performed are necessary for the enterprises to provide quality, sound, healthy and reliable products to the consumers, some of them are important in order to ensure that the consumers are not deceived and that they meet the expectations of the goods or services they receive. The concept of customer satisfaction constitutes the basis for the continuation of their existence.
Meanwhile, it is of utmost importance to comply with the European Parliament and Council directives, in particular to trade with European Union countries. Although these directives have been published in European Union countries, they have been accepted in all countries of the world. The fact that the manufactured goods and services have free circulation in the European Union depends on the production in accordance with these directives. Within this framework, efforts are being made to harmonize all legal regulations with our domestic law in the process of accession to the European Union. In this way, businesses operating in our country must comply with these criteria and standards. Tests, measurements and analyzes performed by the test and inspection bodies are needed to determine this situation.
The most important point here is whether the test establishments that are going to make these measurements and evaluations are accredited by a national and international accreditation organization according to the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard (TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard of requirements for the adequacy of test and calibration laboratories). There will be no validity of the studies to be conducted by a non-accredited test organization nor the reports to be prepared.
