In order to be able to offer electrical and electronic products to consumers, it must be produced in accordance with the CE marking system applied in the European Union countries. The directive 2004 / 108 / EC and the subsequent Electromagnetic Compatibility directive 2014 / 30 / EU, which are applicable in the European Union, have explained the harmonized product standards and the requirements for products covered by this directive. 2014 / 30 / EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulation has been published in our country by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology based on these directives. The purpose of this regulation is to regulate electromagnetic compatibility in electrical and electronic systems and devices and to ensure that the values remain below a certain level of electromagnetic compatibility.
In summary, the following two basic requirements must be fulfilled in all electrical and electronic equipment:
- The emission of electromagnetic noise from an electrical or electronic system or device emitted via cable or air must be within the determined limit values (emission).
- An electrical or electronic system or device shall not be affected by any electromagnetic noise emitted from a nearby electrical or electronic system or a device (immunity).
All authorized laboratories carry out the measurements and tests required for the CE marking of the manufacturers' products within the scope of electromagnetic compatibility. In this context, immunity is determined by the immunity tests to determine the effect of electromagnetic noise on the electrical or electronic systems or devices. As the sensitivity level and range of electronic devices used increases day by day, these measurements and tests have become a necessity.
The following basic measurements and tests are carried out within the scope of immunity tests: conducting immunity tests, radiated immunity tests, radiated immunity tests, power frequency magnetic fields, lightning, lightning or inductive motors immunity tests and electrostatic discharge tests (ESD).
Many electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests are performed in authorized laboratories. Within the scope of EMC tests, our organization conducts immunity tests in accordance with the relevant regulations, standards and test methods published by domestic and foreign organizations.
Our company has been accredited by Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRCERT) in accordance with TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard.
