Our company TÜRCERT Technical Control and Certification Inc. demands a fee in return for the services it provides. However, it never takes care to ensure that this fee is not at a level that will force customers to pay or create unfair competition in this sector. In this respect, our organization has not adopted the slogan “Reasonable Price ve and will apply it as it has done so far.

There are two important factors for the quality, reliability and speed of the services provided to customers. The first is to employ trained, experienced and qualified employees, and the second is to closely follow the developing technologies of the day and to strengthen the technological infrastructure of the organization. These two factors require investment. Therefore, the customer portfolio needs to be expanded in order to turn these investments into profit. Acquiring new customers as well as retaining existing customers requires a separate effort, and these efforts are costly.

All these costs are of course a factor in determining wages. However, it is important to achieve a very delicate balance within this cycle. On the one hand, the fee to be demanded from the customers must be kept at a reasonable level in order for the organization to receive and earn the return on their investments, while the fee must be kept as low as possible in order to attract more customers. At this point, our organization implements a wage policy that does not harm both parties and maintains an appropriate price approach.

Affordable price does not mean compromising service quality. Or doing things fast doesn't mean that things are overlooked. On the contrary, it means providing fast but high quality services in line with the policies, principles, values, processes and authorities and responsibilities determined. Implementing process management is the biggest advantage. Managing activities through processes means the efficient use of the labor, organizational resources and time of our employees and thus our organization can keep its wages at a reasonable level.

In addition, the most important point here is to avoid factors that will create unfair profits in price determination. To underestimate the competitors operating in the same sector and to break the price at the expense of their losses, not only to our organization but also to the whole sector. Our vision is to contribute to the development of this sector. This sector needs further development.
