- Certification of conformity
Compliance certification activities are generally carried out under three headings: TSE Certificate of Conformity, TSEK Quality Certificate of Conformity and CE Mark Certificate of Conformity. TSE Certificate of Conformity is a document proving that the enterprise produces goods or services in conformity with this standard for any product with a standard published by the Turkish Standards Institute. The TSEK Quality Compliance Certificate or the right to use the TSEK brand is a document proving that products and services that do not have any Turkish standards are produced and offered to consumers in accordance with the Quality Factors and Values accepted by the Turkish Standards Institute. The CE Mark Conformity Certificate is a document proving that the products are manufactured in accordance with the European Union directives and that the European Union criteria are complied with.
- Conformity tests
Enterprises establish and apply the standards they need in order to obtain TSE Certificate or TESK Certificate both during the establishment of management systems and for their products. In addition, in order to prove this situation to its competitors and consumers, they apply to a certification body and pass audits and request documents. - Compliance report
One of the most important points in the CE marking system is the conformity report to be included in the technical file to be prepared. This report shows that the company manufactures in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and that its products comply with the requirements of the relevant technical regulations. Depending on the level of risk the product carries, the compliance report is issued either directly by the entity or in some risky cases by the notified body.
- Declaration of conformity
In the CE marking system, the manufacturer or his representative in the European Union must draw up a European Union declaration of conformity or declaration of conformity under the New Approach Directives. This declaration should, in general, include the following information: all applicable directives, the manufacturer or its representative within the European Union, the notified body, where applicable, the product description and, where possible, references to harmonized standards and other normative documents.

- Customer supervision
