Depending on their intended use, they are constantly exposed to structurally diverse hazards as they carry heavy loads and are subject to operating conditions. Since these machines are always close to the employees during their use, they should be inspected and inspected in a timely manner.
Regular inspection and inspection of lifting and conveying machines is required by the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment. The annex to the Regulation on Maintenance, Repair and Periodic Inspections (Annex 3) contains general explanations, what are the lifting and transmission equipment, their control periods and the control criteria to be considered in the controls and the relevant standards.
In this respect, the control of various conveyors and conveyor belts which are classified as lifting and conveying machines is based on the fact that if no other criteria are stipulated in the relevant standards, the declared load has lifted at least the 1,25 level, that it can hold this load safely and have appropriate brake systems. .
The relevant standards contain appropriate technical measures to eliminate risks arising from the hazards that are important or to minimize the effects of these risks. If there is no standard to be applied, then the control criteria set by the manufacturer and, of course, the legal regulations in force must be taken into account.
The persons who will carry out the inspections and inspections of various conveyor and belt conveyors must be impartial, independent and reliable. Therefore, controls other than those who design, manufacture, sell, supply, assemble, use or maintain these vehicles are subject to controls by third parties or organizations. In addition, these operations must be performed by authorized persons such as mechanical engineers, machine technicians or high technicians.
